Radioheads Tom Yorke released a new solo album today with a twist. Rather the dropping it on the usual streams it’s only downloadable through bittorrent…. Yes where the pirates are, ha!
Bittorrent has a new music service called bundle ( https://bundles.bittorrent.com/bundles/tomorrowsmodernboxes) where you can pay to get the torrent. Its then acquired through their app. I actually purchased and downloaded it with my android phone, before I even started my day!
Tom Yorke has pulled his solo work from sites such as Spotify in the past in protest, so this comes as no surprise that he has chosen this medium.
Anyway enough about that I’m going to enjoy this new album over breakfast, enjoy!
